Ok well actually yesterday I was 6 weeks. There is a lot happening in my life at this time. Aside from my usual eating, and sleeping I am still very alert and I love reading with mommy and daddy and being played with. I am smiling and cooing quite often now. I can even hold my head up for an extended period of time which surprised my doctor.
At the doctors last week I weighed 8 pounds, so I am growing well. I bet mommy is sure glad I was born little after seeing me now. I just started wearing my newborn outfits and have officially outgrown my preemie clothes. They were really cute but I have so many more things to wear in my bigger sizes.
Mommy and daddy are definitely enjoying their time with me. They love talking to me and holding me. I think I am very good at getting my way now.
I am going back to NY for my first plane trip across the country. I am going to wear a beautiful white dress and get baptized mid-May so I will update you all on my accomplishments when I get back.

Two weeks Already
0Now that I am 2 weeks old some of my preemie clothes are starting to get small. Mommy and daddy can not even believe it. I got to have daddy feed me my 1st bottle that mommy has been working so hard to pump. At my 2 week appointment yesterday I wa 6lbs and 1 oz. Dr. Saul says I can now sleep as long as I want between feedings.Feeding is going great and last night I only woke up once to eat, although I was up playing after that for 2 hours. Every day I go for a walk with Gunner and Sarge so that we can all have our sunshine and get our exercise. Yesterday for the 1st time mommy put me in my carrier and did not use the stroller for the walk. It was a whole new experience. The dogs love me but once in a while they get a little to excited. They are always being told no licking my head although I do not know why. I even had my first tub bath this week, what a joke I do not like it very much, but being wrapped up in a towel at the end is like heaven. I hope you like my new photos that I am sharing. We sure have a ton of them.
Life is Sweet
0So even though I came early and shocked everyone by tolerating labor so well, I still was small, at least that is what all these visitors I have seen are telling me. I have had a couple of very busy weeks and yesterday I was two weeks old. Mema and Daddy we nice enough to go out shopping and buy me lots of preemie clothes. I am like a fashion diva and change at least twice a day. At first I lost some weight I was only 5 pounds at my two day checkup but at my 6 day appointment I was up to 5 lbs 7ozs. It is that great booby juice that keeps me growing big and strong. Here are some of my new pictures so you can all see just how big I am getting.

More pictures
1After delivering and maybe some talking on my part they agreed to send us home the same day since everything had gone well, and baby looked great. We will say that since being home we have bought preemie clothes (we had no idea we would need them) and preemie diapers. She still swims in the smaller clothes, but we love her just the same. We will have more updates and pictures as time goes on.
Bailey Ryan has arrived
0After being induced at 0800 Monday the 16th, little princess Bailey Ryan decided she wanted to hold out until St. Patty's Day to make her name even more special. She was born on 03/17/09 at 3:43am. She weighed in at 5 lbs and 6 ozs. Much smaller than the estimated 6 lbs 5ozs they thought she was on Thursdays ultrasound. She is 17 3/4 inches. Here are a few pictures after she was born.

And just when you thought...
0That organizing is complete. These photos should be a good clue as to why we need her dressers. We still have bins full of clothes that do not need to be hung up, hats, burp cloths, socks and bibs. Oh and a whole basket full of accessories.
The closet is built
0Yeah the closet is in, and we are putting in the shelves. As you can see somehow there is already a closet full of clothes all sorted neatly by sizing. Also the shelves are quickly being filled with blankets, towels, and other necessities.
