Bounce Around

Since it was raining yesterday and we wanted to burn off some energy we decided to take a trip to bounce around our local indoor bouncy bounce house place. On any given day there are at least 4 blown up plus a slide selection for the kids to play on. This time we took Jocelyn to see how she would like it now that she is getting around so well on all surfaces, and she loves the one at home. No surprise that she loved it. Bailey would bounce an Jocelyn would sit near her so she could get the bounce too, or stand and walk along all on her own. Great way to entertain, and the girls once again had a blast today.

Baby Animals Day

We had a great family outing with the girls on Sunday. We took them to the last day of baby animals on the farm at Indian Ladder. They were able to get p close to, hold, feed, pet and play with goats, bunnies, chicks, turkeys, sheep, a calf, and ducks. Both girls seemed to enjoy it and one kid seemed to enjoy eating Bailey's shirt and Jocelyn's bib, guess breakfast didn't fill him. After playing in the barn and hanging out with all the babies we walked the farm and let the girls feed the animals as we went along. At the end Bailey didn'

t want her face painted so we went with an arm painting instead.

10 months

At 10 months we are crawling all over the place probably faster than most people walk. Jocelyn can take a handful of steps on her own and is doing really well at standing with no support or help at all for prolonged periods of time. She is very vocal (surprise surprise). Bailey has taught her hoe to play ball and she is rolling/throwing the ball to Bailey and then getting it back. She is also opening drawers and doors - child locks here we go again!

Tulip Fest 2012

On Mother's Day we took a girls outing to tulip festival for a while. Mommy, Mema, Krystin, Bailey and Jocelyn all went to walk the vendors and tulips and have some special fun time.
