So most of our readers know that we have been working on the nursery, but as things have progressed in this pregnancy once in a while I just need to rest. My dad came out and there is so much to share as to what we all accomplished together. We will never be able to express how much he has helped us out, and we are so appreciative of it. Love you dad. We also have great pictures to share with you and Bailey when she is older and will appreciate all of our blood, sweat and laughter during this project. Monday the 12th we showed him what we have accomplished since they went back to Albany, needless to say we were behind schedule due to our scare, but all turned out fine. Here are photos from the day he arrived.

We said she was spoiled....
0Here are a few more pictures of Bailey's Christmas gifts, hey she made out just fine. The purple and sage blanket was made by Aunt Krystin, and complements the nursery set we have picked out. Aunt Meghan got her lots of books so that we can keep reading to her which we have done every night since finding out we were pregnant. Also lots of thanks to Mema, and Papa Chuck who have totally hooked us and her up with all kids of goodies. Jeffs mom also got her a USC gift as well.
Bailey's Big Score
1Spoiled Brat. Four months from being born, and I think she may have gotten as many Christmas as Jeff in his whole life. She definitely has a better wardrobe than either of us currently. We want to thank everyone for the great gifts and loving her so much, yet apologize to the postman for having to carry them all...now where are our cookies. We now understand why the nursery and furniture must be done in time as she has taken over the entire office. Her are some pics of just a few of her gifts, and two of the new belly as well.
Oh Yeah.........We Forgot About You Guys
0So things here have been a little busy but we decided to give you all an update if there are any readers left out there. Last we left you we were just starting the second trimester, and beginning the demo of the future nursery. As you'll see below we have finally finished the demo of the nursery, and are starting the third trimester. So this update is not long we will give you some quick hits of whats been happening.
- Brandon and Tami got married (our best man)
- Zoe and Joel got engaged (our bridesmaid)
- Jeff and Lisa got engaged (our groomsmen)
ANYONE see a trend we may have started???
- OB visits have been uneventful
- Heather was on crutches and missed 3 weeks of work (thanks to a big belly)
- Heather worked all the holidays and left Jeff cooking for them all
See why we didn't update anyone. Thursday Heather leaves for NY and her baby shower with family and friends there. Her dad is coming back with her to help with the nursery, we are not sure he knows what he is in for. Jeff travels to Monterey later this month, talk about the fun never ending.

Nursery Phase 1
0Well since Heather's dad is coming to help with the nursery in January we know that there are steps that need to be taken before he gets here. We are hoping to have some foundation so that we will be painting and installing hardwood floors, etc when he arrives.
Phase 1 = demolition. Today we began pulling down the ugly red walls so we can start on the nursery. You can tell the difference in Jeff and Heather's parts just by the height. It felt great to break walls in the nursery to get it going.
We are being as careful as possible to not go through the next room where Chuck, Elaine and potentially Meghan will be staying while they are here. We can't wait to share our nursery transformation with you as we go. Everyone cross your fingers because as we all know nothing ever works out the easy way for us and the last thing we need is complications.
Love and Kisses

We know what Sprout's Gender is.
3After a long 15 weeks we finally know what Sprout is going to be and even have a name and the nursery picked out. We are so very excited to share the news with all of our family and friends, but first a couple of pictures from the ultrasound where we found out the gender.
So the final verdict is that most of our friends and family guessed boy and they were incorrect. Sprout is a girl and we will be naming her Bailey Ryan. We will keep you all posted.
The Introduction of Sarge and Gunner
0Our dogs love each other. Whew. It is a good thing because otherwise we could have had a huge mess on our hands. Sarge currently is about five pounds heavier than Gunner was at his age, even though he has been smaller most of his life. We thought we would share a few pictures of them playing frisbee - one of their favorite past times, and then they love licking daddys head everyday when he comes home.
